I just switched my prepaid plan from the $50 plan to the $34 plan because I realized I don't need 100 GB of data. I only used 20 last month. I thought I'd be paying $34. Instead, I paid $64 because of all your hidden additional charges. The new plan fee, the change of plan fee, the no autopay fee, and all that BS. I love how much cheaper freedom is. But their coverage sucks compared to the other big carriers. Maybe I. A city like Toronto they would be fine. But out in the country or even smaller cities of Southern Ontario the coverage just isn't there. And when my phone switches to nationwide it often won't even connect.

Today is billing day by 11am they froze my calling feature. I went to pay and it would t let me without signing up for auto pay. Then the system doy le charged me and won't refund me the money it took by its own error. Now my kids can't eat next week.

Confusing plan rates with weird rules and lies about frozen rates. Fraud of a pay as you go service as if you don't need service for a month they fee you out the wazoo. Their loyalty retention lady was extremely rude and inconsiderate with me. Along with being completely uncompasionate. She seems mad that she couldn't get me.to yell and swear at her so she could hang up on me. But I never disrespect workers.
